I've been doing more journaling lately as a way to dump my thoughts and write my goals. It has helped me become more clear on ideas by re-reading and adjusting words. It can be a way to establish priorities as well as manifest the things we truly want. I recently listened to a podcast where the guest said physically writing goals down on paper has been a huge catalyst for making things happen in her life. I find simply taking that time to process, and enjoying some quiet time to write, helps me feel better.
So today I'm sharing a random page out of my journal. At the time I was thinking about alignment and what makes me feel best. At the top I wrote the question "When was I happiest?" and I reflected on the past year.
There's more I could add but here's what I wrote in the moment. It's random and doesn't elaborate, yet sums it up for me.

When was I happiest?

My hope in sharing this is to inspire you to take time to write 'A Happy List.' It's a way to simply slow down, reflect and express gratitude. My goal was also to get clear on what I want more in my life and what I don't. I figure in the busy season of to do lists, holiday lists, shopping lists, etc. this kind may be the most useful ;)
I'm keeping this post short & simple today. I'd love to read what's on your list though! Share your happy thoughts below or if you plan to try my lil happiness hack.
Have a wonderful weekend and thank you as always for reading! XO
